Did you have to include immigration status with the other barriers/risks? What is it about illegal aliens that provides a risk regarding HIV/AIDS (unless there is a known terror threat to infect the U.S. population through behaviors that may spread the diseases)? The other barriers contributing to health care disparities are right on….I see it every day working in our complex and siloed health care system.
